Terms of service

We print on demand with our local expert printing partners, and Derek takes great care to ensure that each print is up to the quality standards of the original art. Production times vary based on timing and demand. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to produce paper prints and up to double that for specialty substrates. We cannot guarantee production times or shipping times as these times are rough estimates depending on multiple factors including the number of items purchased, the type of substrate, and the availability of materials. Please note that multi-substrate orders may ship separately to ensure the safety of each item. You will be sent a tracking email when shipped. 

If you selected Local Pickup, our Gallery Manager will contact you to arrange pickup once your order is complete.

International Orders: Please be aware that our site does not calculate any additional fees that may be incurred during the shipping of your order. The customer is solely responsible for any fees incurred. International shipping may take longer, so please account for that extra time when needing to place an order.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your policy on returns/exchanges/refunds?

Our art and merchandise are not stored in a large warehouse. Rather we create each piece on demand, specifically for you! Since we don’t store inventory, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. Please be certain of your size and choices of substrate before you place an order, as all sales are final. Please be advised that any order canceled after 24 hours, will accrue the customer 15% of the total cost of the order which covers materials that may have already been purchased or used. 

We do our best to ensure that your prints and merchandise are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
• Keep all packaging.
• Within this email, please include your order number and pictures that clearly show the damage. Further instructions will be sent via e-mail.
• Take pictures of the damaged piece and all packaging and email

For damages that occur during shipping, we require any inquiries to be sent within 24 – 48 hours after confirmed receipt of your package. We handle damage during shipping claims on a case-by-case basis. It is imperative to keep all packaging as most shipping companies will not allow a claim to be filed without proof of what the packaging looks like. Refunds, whether full or partial, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change my order?

We create each piece on demand specifically for you based on your order details. Production begins 1-2 Business Days upon receipt of order. While we can change certain things about some orders, we cannot alter size selections or types without costs associated with the change. Please be sure of your selections prior to placing an order.

Can I order larger size prints than what’s listed on your website?

Yes! Just e-mail us at, let us know what piece you are interested in and what size you would like, and we’ll get in touch with you. Please note that the image sizes listed on the web are custom to the artwork. Any alterations/adjustments to the piece you are requesting will have additional costs.

I received the wrong artwork. What are my next steps?

While our printing company does their absolute best to ensure that all orders are printed with the correct art, there may be an instance where you receive the wrong artwork. If that occurs, please reach out to within 24 – 48 hours of receipt of the package. In your email, please provide a photo of the artwork received. Once we are in receipt of your email, we will consult with our printing partners to ensure that the correct prints get made and shipped to you. We will also provide a return label to have the incorrect artwork shipped back to our printing partners. Shipment of the correct print will not occur until the first package is returned. Please keep all packaging to return the incorrect print as we base our return labels on those dimensions and weights. Once you receive the return label, we will need that item showing as shipped back within 10 business days. This will help expedite the process of ensuring you receive the correct item ordered.

International Orders: Customers outside of the United States will have to cover any additional fees levied during shipping even if a wrong print was sent as we cannot control those fees.


Any order placed on is a confirmation by the customer that they have read and understand the policies posted.
