Do ants need playgrounds? Is a leaf already a masterpiece of art? Can art last only a brief moment? Explore natural wonders and learn to be attuned to the world in pursuit of your art. We will study systems, patterns, and incredible moments found in nature – while learning to care for our world and ecosystems as well.
Afternoon Media Focus: Fibre Art and Mixed Media
Mornings will feature a variety of media, while in the PM we have a chance for a deep dive into fibre arts both natural and synthetic, including yarns, strings, and several surprises. Combine fabric with wet media like dye, paint, drawing and more. Think way outside the box, mixing new materials into your all-time favorites.
