Venue Specifications
Location: 1418 Highland Avenue, Melbourne, FL. 1 mile from the ocean, half hour to Kennedy Space Center, and an hour to Orlando and the theme parks.
Size: 1,600 sqft. Rental includes use of the two gallery spaces plus outdoor space if desired.
Capacity: 50-75 depending on table/seating layout.
Parking: limited street parking, though there are plenty of parking spaces in the arts district for a pleasant walk. Valet is possible and easy to accommodate.

Catering and Beverage services provided by East Coast Shuckers. Dates are subject to availability. Outside catering and other services are possible from a pre-approved list of providers. Tastings and menu planning will be executed directly through the catering company.

OUR PACKAGES
All Packages include: Exclusive use of the Derek Gores Gallery with art exhibit curated by Derek Gores, outdoor courtyard, Month-of event planning, use of eight rectangular tables, 50 gallery chairs, (1) in-person consultation with Gallery Coordinator (45 days prior to event) to discuss site design, seating, and floor-plan assistance, event timeline/itinerary preparation, decorations set-up and tear-down, and day-of on-site coordination through end of event.
