Create Your World Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in year two of Create Your World Summer Art Camp! We have a limited number of scholarships available for families that demonstrate financial need. Scholarships are awarded on a case-by-case basis. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Criteria include but are not limited to:

• Family Income
• Number of persons living on income
• Employment status
• Special individual/family circumstances

Please include one of the following forms of proof of income:

• a copy of your most recent tax return
• a copy of two month’s recent pay stubs
• a copy of your Social Security Disability and/or other benefits checks

The Create Your World Summer Art Camp cannot guarantee scholarships to all who apply. If a recipient does not claim their scholarship within a week of being notified, funds will be reallocated to another recipient.
